These Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy apply to nexxus.io (the "Site"), operated by Nexxus Inc. ("Nexxus," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of the Site itself, including browsing, and contacting us through the contact and demo request forms. They do not cover the Nexxus product platforms, such as BuildingOS, ModelXCode, or NexxTerminal, which are governed by separate agreements provided when you sign up for those products.

By accessing or using nexxus.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may browse the Site and use the contact and demo request forms for legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to:

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
"Nexxus," "Nexxus Portals," "Nexxus Instruments," "BuildingOS," "ModelXCode," "NexxTerminal," and related names and logos are trademarks of Nexxus Inc. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Content on the Site, including descriptions of Nexxus products, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Nexxus. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
